Day 12/96

Good morning rockstars.

Today is my first workout of the week. I’m also going to change the order around this week as well.

Shoulders today, my neck is a little tight still, but let’s see how we go.

Today’s workout went really well. I’ve also substituted military press with a single arm press and finished off with 3 sets of weighted pull ups.

First meal of the day

Waffles with cream protein filling, and a serve of bacon.

I’ve posted macros before but this is 856 calories.

Today is Movie day/date day with Kauri. My survival bag is again packed with goodies. Cream (for coffee), salami, macadamia nuts.

 This bag seriously is a lifesaver.

With 2 tablespoons of cream, 80g of salami and 40g of nuts I’ll consume 829 calories during the movie.

Todays Movie is Hitman’s Bodyguard.

The movie was excellent we both really enjoyed it. I would say it’s one of the better movies we have seen this year.

We have arrived home and I have to get my push-up challange done today. 38 push ups done and dusted  ✅


200g of cooked chicken thighs and tomato beans tonight.

At the moment I’m still around 30g short on protein and calories around 300 below today’s target. That’s what I get for skipping lunch. I’ll think of something to have later.

Last meal of the day.

Protein shake.

One scoop vanilla protein powder, 40g spinach, 200 ml unsweetened almond milk. I’ve also had a 1/3 of a mug cake (which is 2 of kauri’s keto mini donuts.)
