Day 11/96

Morning rock stars.

My neck is still being a “pain in my ass.” I’m going to take the rest of the week off and get back into it on Friday. The only workout I’ve  missed out on this week was legs.

Today is also rest day on my push-up challenge.

First meal of the day.

I honestly had no idea what to make for breakfast this morning, Waffles, Eggs, Bacon.  D) All the above.

Luckily we had a zucchini that needed to be used up, so I made a sauce and we had zoodles this morning.

Such a simple meal that’s tasty and so quick and easy to make.

I forgot to mention avocados are back in season in Thailand. Kauri ordered a box from up north and it arrived today.

Not fully ripe yet but these bad boys are going to be awesome.

Lunch

Tuna salad and home made cheese crisps. We’ve been using a New Zealand tasty cheese it almost looks like coral when  cooked.

 

Special K has been working on a mini donuts recipe. It would be rude not to test them.🤣🤣

We had planned on going out for dinner tonight but unfortunately it’s started to rain so our plans to eat outdoors this evening have been cancelled.

Chicken stir fry with eggplant and chilli. We also had some fried pork belly and spinach.
