Week 5 day 2

Morning peeps.

Catching up with my nemesis today, Leg Day.

So without further ado, let’s rock this.

Well, that was fun, said no one ever doing legs. But it was intense.

Time for my first meal. It’s around 11:30 so I’ve been in a fasted state for 16 hours. Again I usually do 16/8. this gives me enough time to fit my macronutrients into my day.

So already a fantastic start to my day. I seriously could eat these jalapeño egg cups every day.

Morning snack was something Special K has been working on, a green tea fudge.

It’s really hard having to test these desserts but I’ll take one for the team (recipe in the pipeline.) I have to keep eating/testing these for consistency.

Lunch well mid afternoon in our case was chicken and salad.

Nothing better than salad and I added 2 eggs for extra fats and protein and 80 g of avocado.

It’s been one of those days. I didn’t do much but the day got away from me. Before I knew it it was dinner time.

Dinner consisted of roast chicken, mustard greens, some green curry and as I’m in maintenance I had 2 tablespoons of coconut oil with a squeeze of lime. (You stir it and it’s really nice.)

Macros for the day

On point again. I’ve done macros most of my life so I find that the easy bit.

Have a great night peeps. Going to see 47 Meters Down (shark movie) a bit of mindless drama lol. But special K gets to cuddle up so it’s a win-win.
