Week 3 day 7

Two days of R and R certainly went fast.

The road trip back home.

Today we head back to grandma’s house (where dreams go to die.)

I was going to have the full English breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausage, mushroom, baked beans, and toast.) Obviously, without the non-keto stuff so that left me with 2 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs and the sausage ( I don’t like mushrooms.) If only I had an avocado and more bacon. Add two cups of coffee with butter and breakfast is done.

Time for a quick dip in the pool before we leave,  dry off and pack to head home.

We’ve decided to stop off at a Premium Outlet on the way home as it’s along the way.  It’s a shop for all the major outlet brands like Nike, adidas, Crocs, Levi’s, etc. There are a lot of foreign tourists in this area so hopefully I can find a pair of Vans in my size.

Well, as luck would have it, I found them. My  camo Vans .. In a size 12.

So, a perfect end to a great time away.  We did a little more shopping before heading back to Bangkok .

It’s almost lunch time and I’ve grabbed the cooler bag. I had  the last of the jalapeño poppers cups (4 left.) We also grabbed a coffee and added some cream.

We’ve  also decided to also stop off at our local shopping mall as it’s on the way home and walk around. Unfortunately there’s no movies on today that we want to see. We also grab Kauri a coffee.

As our day has almost come to an end we stopped off and picked up some veggies and a cooked chicken at the local markets.


Roast chicken with fresh bok choi and finished off with 2 panna cotta for dessert.



Again, lower in calories but my protein was on point, net carbs low and enough fats to keep me full.
