Day 95

Finally I’m up to date ..

With no weigh- in, I’ve decided to measure my acetone ..:-(

And yep no registration of acetone levels, so blue .. I’ve said all I want to say about this piece of crap .. thanks Ketonix … thanks for nothing!

Time for another workout :- Chest

I’ve decided to do dumbbell training today for a change.

Dumbbell incline flies, 4 sets 12 reps

Dumbbell presses, 3 sets 8-10

Flat dumbbell press 4 sets 8-10 reps

Flat flies, 4sets 15 reps

And weighted dips, 3 sets 15 reps

With the workout done its almost breakfast time .. perfect timing as the rain starts to sprinkle on the asphalt.

Kauri made a crab omelette and some asparagus wrapped in bacon. We also added some hollandaise sauce ..

Most of the morning was spent writing these three posts.

Morning snack

Kauri had made some coconut ice cream earlier in the week so we decided to share a couple of scoops together. I don’t miss ice cream anymore but it was a lovely treat.

We are off to the shopping complex today to get some decaf coffee. Apparently we share everything even the decaf .:-)

You know those days you just should not have gone out and stayed in bed? Well today was such a day. We  had been driving  no more than 10 minutes down the road and had a large stone ht the windscreen so now something else that needs to be done. It was a hard impact the road crews were whipper snipping the grass. So lucky it didn’t hit the drivers window it would have shattered it.

That put a dampener on things.  We didn’t end up going to the movies as nothing much was on, We had coffee (I brought cream), I also had my survival bag with salami and other goodies so that was my lunch sorted. I ate that while Kauri ordered her meal.

We picked up some groceries at the supermarket, decaf coffee, cream, butter, bacon and a cooked chicken.

Dinner

Roast chicken, walnuts and a bullet coffee.
