I’ve almost caught up on my blog posts. Today’s will be a quickie.
As I mentioned yesterday no more weigh-ins.. Yay!
My Ketonix is not reading again.
Today detecting nothing. I’m so pissed off with this piece of junk .. If the lady from Ketonix is still reading my blog, why the hell didn’t you replace it like you said rather than fix it.. ( Well, you didn’t fix it !) Such a waste of time and money.
This morning I decided to do poached eggs in cling wrap, an easy way to make them, accompanied with hollandaise sauce, asparagus and a lot of yum.
It’s an easy way to make poached eggs. Kauri also did egg in a ramekin.
Today Kauri had to play taxi again for grandma so while she is out I’ll do a back workout.
I’ve decided to use the door gym today and today’s workout of choice is back.
Lat pull downs 3 warm up sets, 4 working sets 12-15 reps
Seated cable rows 5 sets 8-10 reps
Straight arm pull downs 4 sets 12-15 reps
Shrugs 3 sets followed by upright rows 3 sets
Lunch / post workout
I went for a shake. Almond milk, protein powder and some oil. I also had two fat bombs and 2 cheeses.
Chicken, green curry, walnuts
I finished off with panna cotta
Tonight I’m over on fat but under on protein: yesterday was the reverse. It all evens out in the end.
