Good morning everyone. As I was saying in yesterday’s post I didn’t get to sleep till around 1:30 but I still gave Kauri a pinch and a punch for the first day of the month ( lol)
We had a massive storm last night from around 11:30. Thunder bolts and lightning very very frightening … ⛈ It was a fantastic show and complemented last nights dinner perfectly.
It was still raining when I woke up at 6:30am and we’ve decided to make the most of the hotel gym.

Kauri and I didn’t waste time with the workout minimal rest between sets. We were done within 45 minutes.
Buffet breakfast after training.
Bacon, 5 eggs, 4 butters and 2 coffee.
There were other choices, scrambled eggs, sausages, and all the carbs associated with a buffet style meal.
With breakfast done. It was time to pack and get ready for the trip back.
Kauri and I decided to do some shopping on the way back as our supplies were getting low. Cream, bacon, salami, eggs and some pork belly.
We also grabbed some coffee. Well more so Kauri grabbed the coffee. I grabbed the free WiFi, the benefit of being here. Free WiFi everywhere even some of the buses have it.
I decided to have a protein shake with spinach. Also 1 fat bomb and 2 cheeses.
We decided to go out for dinner.

I oredered the pork knuckle, some German sausages. Kauri had a bit of my sausage (OK, that sounds rude) and ordered spinach lasagne.
After lovely meal we decided to get a photo of the sunset for you guys ..
So tonight I’m done. We even took the kitchen scales. That’s how committed I am to my goal.
Today is the first time I’ve been a little under fat and over on protein. And just shy of my calories. I’m full from dinner so that’s it.
